My name is Alexa Furcon, I am a Senior at West Chester University finishing up my degree in English and Business and Technical Writing. This site is a project for my ENG400 seminar class, “Rhetoric of Gaming”. I will discuss the connections between play and life, and how certain types of play and games can have a positive affect in one’s life. I will also connect how in our everyday lives, we unconsciously participate in play, in situations that make us uncomfortable, or during motivational tasks, and ultimately how using these play strategies can help us complete a task or get through a situation.
